HORSES IN TRAINING Breeds currently in the training pens: Arabian, Mule, Quarter Horse, Rocky Mountain Horse.
Penny, a gaited Rocky Mountain Horse mare, is here for a refresher after a successful career as a broodmare. Started as a youngster, she has skills under saddle already. She will be learning some of the finer points to help her become a trusted partner for her owner.
We welcome Skippy the mule to the training roster. He's a friendly guy and has had some good foundation work! Here he is showing off his "working clothes", ready to advance his education.
Appaloosa gelding, Bandit, here for re-starting, has come along well and is headed home. He was a really nice horse to have in the pen and we wish him success whatever path he follows!
Bear, a PB Arabian gelding, is here to add to his resume', finding his feet as a trail horse. His previous experiences in Western Pleasure, Dressage, Jumping and Eventing have given him a good work ethic and an enthusiasm for learning new skills.
Diva, young Quarter Horse mare who was started here is back from a few months of cow work. She'll be building on her basic training, taking her to the next level of rideability.
